Lead Recovery Coach Case Manager to support homeless young adults with substance use disorders

“Lynn Shelter Association requests $75,000 over three years to provide recovery coaching to young adults in emergency shelter and permanent supportive housing units. Lynn Shelter Association wants to build the organization’s capacity to better support young people by providing them with the most appropriate and effective services. The proposal mentions that the current level of services is often limited to case management. The organization envisions that this project will allow the organization to broaden scope of services that by helping individuals with counseling, developing plans and coordinating care, serving as liaison with families, and point of contact for community education. The goal is to help ensure that young adults in recovery transition to a more independent living environment.”
