Training and Mentorship for Youth in Buffalo's East Side Community

Create a workforce development program targeting youth (18-26) from Buffalo’s East Side Fruit Belt community and help them launch a career in the rapidly growing mental health field. They can learn here, be mentored here, and then use what they’ve learned to support their own community or take their skills anywhere in NYS.
