Merger of Fidelity House and Career Resources Corporation

“Individually, Fidelity House and Career Resources Corporations are a critical part of the disability services landscape in Essex County, Massachusetts. Combined, these organizations will be able to offer a more comprehensive breadth of services to individuals with disabilities. The merger of these two organizations, becoming “Fidelity House CRC,” officially took place on January 1, 2019. Support from the Tower Foundation will allow Fidelity House CRC to undergo three projects necessitated by the merger: (1) consolidating and replacing end-of-life servers with one new server to handle the increased demands of the combined organizations, (2) migrating to a new phone system, and (3) re-branding.”
