Bridges to Family Success

“This grant supports the startup of the Bridges to Family Success program, which will offer intensive care coordination, parent training, and community education events to young people with autism or intellectual disabilities and their families. The program will focus on families in and around Lynn who are socially and/or linguistically isolated. Working in collaboration with Children’s Friend and Family Service, Bridgewell hopes that Bridges to Family Success will help begin to break down the barriers between mental health and developmental disabilities service silos.”
