Beverly Children's Learning Center, Inc.

“Beverly Children’s Learning Center (BCLC) is looking to implement its technology plan to better equip its 45 staff with the necessary tools to streamline administrative processes. Three years ago, BCLC moved into a new building and has found a need to update its technology infrastructure in order to improve security, operational efficiency, monitoring of child and family progress, and reporting to governmental agencies. BCLC envisions that new technology will also improve communication between staff, families, and partner providers.

BCLC technology makes it difficult for staff to generate reports and perform simple administrative tasks. They have some staff have to share computers for curriculum planning and reports. The lack of computers often leads to correspondence being distributed in paper form. BCLC has placed a high priority in training staff how to use new equipment. The organization sees the implementation has a huge investment in building the capacity of staff.”
