The Tower Foundation supports organizations that work in our four focus areas of intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health, and substance use disorders for children and young people from birth to age 26.  Our support is focused in Erie & Niagara Counties in Western New York & Barnstable, Dukes, Essex, and Nantucket Counties in Eastern Massachusetts.
