Nine agencies, under the banner of the Developmental Disabilities Alliance of Western New York (DDAWNY) plan to conduct a capacity study for a transportation management collaborative to provide a more cost efficient, safe, and high-quality transportation system for approximately 1800 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
