Young Audiences of Western New York

Technology Plan Implemetation

“Young Audiences completed its technology plan in the summer of 2015. The organization believes that upgrades in technology, tools, and training will support the growth in programs and services projected in the strategic plan. Young Audiences services have increased by 25% annually, causing the agency’s technology needs to grow in proportion. The majority of the organization’s staff provides services for young people offsite. Young Audiences sees a high need for reliable mobile technology that will allow immediate evaluation from the field.

Young Audiences will retain its existing IT consultant (IT Solutions) for overall technical support in integrating the new hardware/software. This grant will allow Young Audiences to purchase of computers, laptops, tablets, printers, Salesforce implementation, website redesign, software, technical support, and routers.
