Enhancing Data Integrity and Completeness to Increase Understanding of Client Base Demographics

We aim to assess our current level of data integrity and completeness within our case management database, and create and implement an action plan to fill in gaps and create streamlined systems of data collection with the goal of gaining a greater understanding of the identities and needs within the population we serve.
