Universal Pre-Kindergarten Research Project

Several communities Pathways for Children serve are beginning to plan Universal Pre-K (UPK) programs which will impact the age groups Pathways serves. This grant will assist Pathways to hire a consultant with preschool and Head Start expertise to research successful UPK partnerships and advise with findings and recommendations.
