Creating and Implementing a Strategic, Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Organizational Culture

Heading into our 40th year, we want to create a strategic plan and undergo an affiliate-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion training that ensures and promotes belonging and justice for Board members, staff, volunteers, and participants. We will also collect and share stories across the mental health spectrum to reduce stigma and promote equity.
