“The Service Innovation & Impact Initiative (SIII) includes a group of ten health and human service organizations located in the WNY region. The overall intent is to streamline services at a single location to create better options for clients and increased agency efficiency. The shared space project will reduce administrative costs and allow the collaborative to devote more time and resources to direct services.”
