The Martha?s Vineyard ?Link and Navigate? Program, will become a service of MVCS and will offer a primary connector resource for Islanders with disabilities, and their families. The L&N Program will address a noted gap in resource identification, build service access pathways, and link Island individuals and their families to services they need.
