Customized Staff Training to Improve the Quality of Services for Greater Lynn's Homeless Population

We seek funding to invest in an organization-wide, internet-based health and human services staff training platform that will allow us to customize trainings, performance metrics, and assessments to reveal specific gaps in programmatic and clinical knowledge and address them with personalized learning programs.
