“Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District will work with the University at Buffalo’s Institute for Trauma and Trauma-Informed Care to create a trauma-informed culture district-wide. This will include training all staff to understand trauma and its effects on behavior, revising district policies, and creating building-level and district-wide Trauma-Informed Champion/Mentor Teams to further embed a trauma-informed culture throughout the district.”
