Transition Workshops for Youth with Disabilities and other Employment Barriers

There is a gap of information and quality services to help youth with disabilities and families transition into the adult world of work. With traditional funding streams providing limited supports and education, Heritage Christian Services will develop and deliver educational workshops for students with disabilities, their parents, and educators.
