Purchase & Implementation of New Electronic Medical Records System

We are required to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) program by the end of 2023 as our current program is being phased out and is no longer supported by its company. We have identified a replacement that better meets our agency’s needs and are requesting funding to purchase and implement this new system.
