Bridges to Family Success

“This grant supports the startup of the Bridges to Family Success program, which will offer intensive care coordination, parent training, and community education events to young people with autism or intellectual disabilities and their families. The program will focus on families in and around Lynn who are socially and/or linguistically isolated.
