Best Buddies Jobs Project - Cape Cod

Best Buddies Jobs matches skilled and qualified individuals with disabilities with businesses seeking enthusiastic and dedicated employees. these dollars will be used to support the expansion of their jobs program to Cape Cod. This project includes a vocational assessment, pairing with an employment consultant, pre-employment training (e.g., resume building, completing job applications), practice interviews and on-the-job support. On the employer side, Best Buddies completes a job analysis with employers to understand their specific needs and to determine the best match. Key partners in this work include Cape Cod Community College people with IDD to attend college, the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, and the Department of Developmental Services.
