Resilience and Inclusion at Neighborhood: Empowering Employees to Interrupt Microaggressions and Confront Implicit Bias

Neighborhood Health Center will build resilience and a culture of inclusion at the Center by training employees to interrupt microaggressions and confront implicit bias in the workplace as well as patient care settings. Neighborhood Health Center intends to offer monthly trainings for all employees across five sites and in multiple modalities so that every employee has the opportunity to attend at least one workshop by the end of 2022.
