Seeding A Culture of Mindfulness for Lifelong Wellbeing

Calmer Choice will use Tower funds to extend the benefits of mindfulness beyond the classroom through a new comprehensive approach to seeding resilience, compassion and wellbeing into the school district’s educational culture, and will fund the development and implementation of the training effort to support this approach.
